The cute and fun Rudolph Xmas skin is now installed here for testing by Customers/staff.

If you should find any issues, please report them in the Tracker :)

Thanks guys!

I was in the tracker/Rudolph and made a new report (it would have been the first one) but after I pressed Add post or whatever it says I got a message saying I was not aurthorized to report in their and immediately logged of ann onto Christmas Club skin.

There is an issue with Internet Explorer 8 and a huge banner. In fact the banner is so huge and takes up so much of the top of the board that "Rudolph" is centered on the second line. I checked how the banner looks in my FireFox which I seldom use. There is no problem there.
The images and title are all on the same line.

There is an issue with IE8. Like I said I tried to put that in the Tracker but couldn't. Sorry.

Hi LL,

There is no reason why you can't post in the tracker, your usergroup has permission... try posting in FF.

Don't forget to add your screen resolution size, and also check if you have "compatibility mode" on, that causes a lot of issues.

Thanks!

Kim

I use IE 8 and don't have that problem Kim. Even with compatibility off...

Here is what I see:

There is no where to add an attachment! I'm not a happy camper. Lets try FF again. Watch me get logged off again for the third time today!

After having to log on again I am in FireFox. There still is not an area where you can add an attachment. This is rediculous!

Seems like now that I came back to IE, I had to log on again!

Anyway I wanted to answer your question about my screen resolution. It is 1024 X 768 pikels. The font size is normal and at the bottom of IE it is set to 100%. Hope that helps you.

I have so far tried Rudolf with IE and compalibility on and off, FF and Safari .. haven't come across an issue yet ..

LL you can try a CTRL F5 in IE8 to see if that helps maybe a cached page ... Also the attachments aren't available unless in "full editor" ... so not shown in fast reply..

Going to do some searches ..

Kim and I did some testing with IE8 and its all fixed up now. I had to do several CTRL + F5s before all was well. Rudolph looks great now. Now if only I could get Blue Steel on my board to look good in full mode (IE8) but no other skins (not that I have all that many) have a problem with photos from the gallery. Could you hop over and take a look with all your browsers and tell me what you see? It looks fine in regular mode, though.
